Ingredients:
3 medium carrots, shredded
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbs. of canola mayonnaise
1 tbs. of flax seed oil
1 tbs. of finely cut parsley
1tbs of finely cut cilantro
Preparation:
Easy. Mix the above ingredients in the bowel. Decorate with uncut parsley and
cilantro. Makes about 2-3 servings depending on the individual appetite.
