June 1, 2003 How to Be Well Equipped in the Cold & Flu Season
- a brief overview of immune stimulating/supporting herbs, supplements and
formulations as well as information on how to prevent and treat colds and
flues for the entire family (pets included!)
Each Sunday lecture will last about
30-45 minutes with ample opportunities to ask questions. There is no fee for
